The garments are not indestructible, although they are high quality and high compression garments. They are delicate and must be treated like this, the hooks can bend, detach, break, etc. If the necessary care is not taken, if too much pressure is put on them, they are pulled with great force, especially if all the pressure of the stomach rests on a few hooks when putting on the garment and decide to release them to rest your hands, this will damage the hooks.  Our hooks can withstand the pressure of up to 90 pounds of force but they have to be all together before they can be released, if you do not follow the recommendations their quality will be affected, always seek help from someone else especially if it is the first time you wear a high compression garment such as our signature Faja

Silicone lace is very delicate and can easily be damaged especially if you pull it with your nails, use your fingers and pull carefully, it is also very likely that the silicone will lose its glue if the garment is put in the dryer due to high temps, do not put on lotion or moisturizers on thighs because it will stop the glue from the silicon to stick on your skin, do not use fabric softeners when washing it. avoid placing it in direct sunlight, especially in summer or during extreme heat.

We offer solutions to any problem the garment presents, but WE WILL NEVER EXCHANGE A DAMAGED GARMENT  FOR A NEW ONE if you didn't  follow the garments care protocols, especially if the damage was not caused by the factory or our company.

Las prendas no son indestructibles, aunque son prendas de alta calidad y alta compresión son delicadas y hay que tratarlas así, los ganchos pueden doblarse, desprenderse, quebrarse etc. Si no se toman los cuidados necesarios o si se le pone demasiada presión o se les hala con mucha fuerza sobre todo si descansa toda la presión del estomago sobre unos cuantos broches al estar colocandose la prenda y  decide soltarlos para descansar las manos esto danaria los broches. Nuestros broches pueden aguantar la presión de hasta 90 libras de fuerza pero  tienen que estar todos juntos colocados antes de poder soltarlos, si no sigue las recomendaciones su calidad de estos se verá afectada, siempre busque ayuda de alguien más sobre todo si es la primera vez que se pone una faja de alta compresión como es nuestra Guitar Shape.

Los encajes con silicón son muy delicados y fácilmente pueden dañarse en especial si hala de ellos con las unas, utilice los dedos mejor  y hale con cuidado, también es muy probable que el silicón pierda el pegamento si la prenda se mete a la secadora, se pone sobre lapiel con locion humectante o se utilizan suavizantes de telas al lavarlas. por eso pedimos evitar colocar la prenda en la secadora o ponerla a secar bajo la luz directa del sol en especial en verano o durante temperaturas extremas. 

Mas siempre estaremos ofreciéndoles soluciones a cualquier problema, pero NUNCA CABIAREMOS POR UNA PRENDA NUEVA UNA QUE FUE DANADA por no seguir  los protocolos del cuidado de la prenda, sobretodo si el dano no lo ocaciono la fabrica o nuestra empresa.
